Personal Information Collection Statement ("PICS") of PS GROUP

1. Your Privacy

PS GROUP ("we", "our" or "us") respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using, and transmitting personal data. This PICS explains our privacy practices. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy and practices regarding how your personal data will be treated. This policy may, from time to time, be revised, and you can refer to the updated version on our website at www.psgroup.com.hk.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version shall prevail.

"Personal data" means any personally identifying information or sensitive data (such as names, gender, date of birth, occupations, addresses, contact details, ID Card or Passport numbers, age, marital status, number of children, income, and other demographic data) from which it is practicable for the identity of an individual to be ascertained.

 

2. Purposes for Which We Will Use Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected when you make a purchase or apply to be our member. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian before providing any personal data to us.

The purposes for which we may use your personal data are divided into obligatory purposes and voluntary purposes. If personal data is to be used for an obligatory purpose, these personal data will be marked as “Must be filled” in the Customer Record Card, and you MUST provide your personal data to us if you want us to provide the service for which you request. If personal data is only to be used for a voluntary purpose, it is entirely up to you to decide whether you want to provide such information to us or not.
 

Purposes for which it is obligatory for you to provide your personal data are:

1. Communicating to you your entitlements and privileges as our customer;

2. Enrolment into and maintaining your membership as our member;

3. Managing your member's account and dealing with any redemption programs;

4. Redemption of privileges and receipt of news as a member;

5. Notification of any amendment to the membership program;

6. Handling and following up on services, enquiries, and complaints;

7. Verification of your identity and customer profile updates.

 

Purposes for which it is only voluntary for you to provide your personal data are:

1. To enable us to better understand the demographics of our customers;

2. For internal research and analysis to provide rewards, services, and product information or offerings better tailored to your needs;

3. Market research.

 

Use of Data in Direct Marketing

We intend to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes below for various services and products. If you do not wish us to use your personal data for use in direct marketing as described, you may exercise your opt-out rights by notifying us.

1. Communicating to you regarding new product/service launches and other promotional offers of our group, including hair care & styling, nail care, beauty, and gourmet products and services;

2. Communicating to you regarding our promotional events, including hair care & styling, nail care, beauty, and gourmet workshops/demonstrations/courses, hair care and skincare seminars, other hair, nail & beauty classes, PR events, shop openings/events, store announcements/events, exhibitions, shows, and news updates;

3. Marketing and reward programs, birthday celebration offers, free sampling, digital campaigns, roadshows/outposts, and in-store promotion updates;

4. Communicating joint promotions or event news with business partners, including non-profit organizations and companies/groups/organizations from different industries such as beauty, retail, entertainment, leisure and sports, food and beverage, tourism, education, health and wellness, telecommunications, celebrity & media and public relations, financial or property, etc.;

5. Cross-brand joint promotions and/or events with brands under PS GROUP.

 

3. Disclosure

In cases where we do collect personal data from you, we will:

1. Tell you (by way of this PICS or by a separate notification) that we are doing so and the use that we will make of such personal data we collect;

2. Where relevant, give you the opportunity to opt out; and

3. Tell you how we will store your personal data and how you can review, change, and delete the personal data we have stored.

 

We will take all practicable steps to keep your personal data confidential. However, we may transfer/assign such data to the following parties:

1. Any agent, contractor, or third-party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, and other services to us in connection with the processing and storage of your data;

2. If we decide to sell any relevant part of our business, to any actual or proposed assignee, transferee, or successor; and

3. Any person to whom we are under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law.

 

4. Security

Except as mentioned in paragraph 3 above, your personal data, however stored, will be accessed only by our employees or contractors who are authorized to do so. Where personal data is stored electronically, it will be kept on a separate server and will be password-protected (or under some equivalent form of protection) and accessible only by authorized personnel. Employees and contractors designated to handle personal data will be instructed to do so only in accordance with this PICS.

 

5. Your Right to Access and Correction

You may at any time request access to and correct personal data relating to you in any of our records. You may also ask us to delete you or your personal data from any active mailing or distribution list. To exercise any of your rights, contact us at the address or email below. In response, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself so that we can be sure you are the person to whom the data refers. We are required to respond to your requests within 40 days, but we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing so.

7. Retention of Data

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected. We may also retain archived personal data for statistical purposes. Personal data that is no longer required will be destroyed.

PS GROUP（下稱「我們」、「我們的」）於收集、儲存、使用及傳送個人資料時將尊重閣下的法定私隱權利，而本個人資料收集聲明將說明我們處理個人資料私隱的方法。請細閱以下內容，以了解我們如何處理閣下的個人資料的政策。本公司有權不時修訂有關政策，最新版本會上載於本公司網站www.psgroup.com.hk以方便客戶瀏覽。
如本私隱政策聲明的英文及中文版本有任何抵觸，概以英文版本為準。
「個人資料」指任何個人身份識別資料或敏感資料（例如姓名、性別、出生日期、職業、地址、聯絡詳情、身份證或護照號碼、年齡、婚姻狀況、子女數目、收入及其他統計資料等）。

 

2. 使用個人資料的用途
於閣下惠顧或申請成為我們的會員時，可能會收集閣下的個人資料。如您為13歲以下，在提供個人資料前，必須先徵求家長或監護人的同意。
我們可能使用閣下的個人資料用於的目的分有責任提供資料的目的及可自願提供資料的目的。如個人資料用於有責任提供資料的目的，此等個人資料將會於顧客紀錄表內註明為「必須填寫資料」，如閣下希望我們向閣下提供所需要或申請的服務，閣下必須向我們提供閣下的個人資料。如個人資料只為用於可自願提供資料的目的，則閣下可決定是否向我們提供該等資料。

 

閣下有責任提供閣下的個人資料的目的為：

1. 向閣下發出關於作為我們的客戶閣下可享有的優惠和資訊的通知；

2. 申請及維持閣下作為我們的會員資格；

3. 管理會員帳戶及獎賞換領安排；

4. 享有作為會員的優惠及資訊；

5. 通知有關會員計劃的任何修訂；

6. 處理及跟進服務、查詢或投訴；

7. 核實客戶身份及更新資料。

 

閣下可自願提供閣下的個人資料所涉及的目的為：

1. 讓我們更清楚了解我們客戶的特徵資料；

2. 作內部研究及分析，以讓我們能妥善提供切合閣下特定需求的獎賞、服務及產品信息或禮物；

3. 巿場研究；

 

使用資料作市場推廣
我們會使用你的個人資料作以下的服務及產品市場推廣；如閣下不欲我們使用閣下的個人資料作以下的直接促銷用途，閣下可以通知我們：

1. 通知閣下有關集團旗下新產品及服務推出及其他推廣優惠，包括美髮護髮、美甲、美容、美食產品及服務；

2. 通知閣下有關我們的推廣活動，包括美髮護髮、美甲、美容、美食工作坊/示範/課程、頭髮及皮膚護理講座、其他美髮美甲美容課堂、公關活動、店舖開幕活動、商店公告／活動、展覽、表演及最新消息；

3. 巿場推廣獎賞計劃、生日優惠、免費試用產品、數碼活動、路演／街頭推廣活動、店內推廣的最新消息；

4. 通知閣下有關與各合作夥伴包括非牟利機構及不同行業公司/團體/組織例如美容、零售、娛樂、休閒和運動、飲食、旅遊、教育、健康及保健、電訊、名人媒體和公共關係、金融或地產等的聯合推廣及優惠活動的資訊；及

5. 與PS GROUP旗下品牌進行跨品牌合作推廣及／或活動。

 

3. 資料的披露
如我們向閣下收集個人資料，我們將：

1. 告知閣下（以本個人資料收集聲明或透過另外發出的通知）我們正在收集閣下的資料及我們所收集的該等個人資料的用途；

2. 如相關情況下，給予閣下機會反對將閣下的個人資料作某種用途；及

3. 告知閣下我們將如何儲存閣下的個人資料及閣下如何可以查閱、更改及刪除我們所保存的該等個人資料。

 

我們將採取一切實際可行的步驟將閣下的個人資料保密，但我們可能會將該等資料轉讓/轉授予以下人士：

1. 就處理及儲存閣下的資料向我們提供行政、電訊、電腦及其他服務的任何代理、承包商或第三方服務供應商；

2. 如我們決定出售我們業務的任何相關部分，向任何實際或建議的承授人、承讓人或繼承人；及

3. 我們根據任何法律有責任向其作出披露的任何人士。

 

4. 資料的保安
除上文第3段所述外，閣下的個人資料（不論以任何方式儲存）將只限於我們已獲授權查閱該等資料的僱員或承包商方可查閱。如以電子方式儲存個人資料，將以一個獨立及設有密碼保障（或設有相等的保障形式）的伺服器儲存，並只可由獲授權人員查閱。被將指定負責處理個人資料的僱員和承包商會根據本個人資料收集聲明行事。

 

5. 存取及更正資料的權利
閣下可於隨時要求存取及更正於我們的記錄中與閣下有關的個人資料。閣下亦可要求我們從任何運作中的郵遞或分派名單中刪除閣下或閣下的個人資料。為行使閣下的任何權利，請以郵寄或電郵方式通知我們。在回應閣下的要求時，我們可能會要求閣下提供若干關於閣下的資料，以核實閣下為資料所指的人士。我們須於40日內回應閣下的要求，但我們可能就此向閣下收取合理的費用。

 

6. 保障個人資料私隱的聯絡方法
(1) 如閣下要求(i)查閱或更正資料；(ii)提供關於我們在個人資料方面的政策及實務的一般資料；或(iii)提供關於我們持有的個人資料的種類；及(2) 一般查詢及投訴的人士，請以郵寄或電郵方式通知我們。

7. 資料的保留
我們將只會為履行收集閣下的個人資料的目的所需而保存閣下的個人資料。我們亦可能統計目的保存已存檔的個人資料。不再需要的個人資料將予以銷毀。
